BarnTribe™ was created to make life easier for the people who keep farms, ranches, barns, and animal facilities running. Whether you’re caring for horses, cattle, goats, sheep, poultry, or other livestock, finding dependable workers, trusted barn sitters, and reliable service providers shouldn’t be a constant challenge.

Too often, those connections rely on word of mouth, scattered social media posts, or last-minute recommendations. BarnTribe™ brings everything together in one place.

More than a job board, BarnTribe™ is a platform built specifically for the unique needs of the agricultural and equine industries. From daily chores and vacation coverage to full-time employment opportunities and specialized services, we help connect the right people with the right opportunities.

Our goal is simple: spend less time searching for help and more time focusing on what matters most—caring for your animals and growing your operation.

Our Story

BarnTribe™ was founded by Teri and Catherine, two lifelong equestrians with years of experience caring for horses and other farm animals.

After building a successful barn services business with a trusted team of experienced professionals, they quickly realized they weren’t solving just a local problem. Barn owners from outside their area were reaching out, all facing the same challenge: finding reliable, experienced people they could trust.

It became clear that this wasn’t just their community’s struggle, it was happening in barns across the country.

That’s why they created BarnTribe: a platform designed to connect barn owners with qualified workers, trusted barn sitters, and reliable vendors, making it easier to find the help they need when they need it.

Because they’ve lived the challenges of managing a barn, they built the solution they wished they’d had.

We’re here to make barn life a little easier, one connection at a time.

Our Mission

BarnTribe™ exists to strengthen the animal care community by creating trusted connections between owners, managers, workers, sitters, and service providers.

We envision a future where finding reliable help, trusted services, and meaningful opportunities is simple, accessible, and built on community, allowing the people who care for animals to spend less time searching for support and more time doing what they love.

Because when the people caring for animals succeed, the animals in their care thrive.
